How steady each race was, what to work on, lap by lap, and what the bike did against what the heart did. Pick a race or compare them.
Heart rate and HRV come from a Movesense ECG chest strap at 250 samples a second, beat by beat. HRV is RMSSD over 30 second windows. Laps are timed at a line in the infield from the phone's GPS, matched to the course. Speed is the phone's GPS speed scaled so each timed lap matches the course length, and is an estimate. g-force is the horizontal acceleration at the chest. Cognitive workload is the Autonomic® model, scored against Collin's 5 minute baseline that morning. Download the race report (PDF).
